Pakistan arrests CIA moles in Osama raid…..

The US media claims the informants had guided the US SEALs to Osama’s compound in Abbottabad.
The Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has arrested some of the Pakistani informants who fed information to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) leading to Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden’s compound in Abbottabad, claims the US media quoting officials.

Five CIA informants, including a Pakistani Army major, have been arrested, report The New York Times. The major is said to be monitoring cars visiting Bin Laden’s compound in weeks before the US operation.
The latest move came at a time when both the countries were trying to mend their battered relations and the Obama administration claimed it was seeking Islamabad’s support in brokering an end to war in Afghanistan.
CIA chief Leon Panetta had raised the issue when he visited Islamabad last week to discuss pressing issues with civil and military leadership in Pakistan.
Panetta also tried to get permission to expand drone operations to wider areas of the tribal regions, but the US was preparing relocate drones from Pakistan to Afghanistan.
on the other hand, a statement issued by the inter-service public relations (ISPR) denies the arrest of any army official in connection with Osama affairs. No army official is under custody, the statement said.
