Japanese authorities made 28,280 temporary shelters in seven disaster-hit prefectures.Seven prefectures including Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, Ibaraki and Chiba have set up 28,280 temporary shelters for the disaster victims since the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. Some 40 percent of these shelters have now been occupied.
