Action against Musharraf was taken after he had failed to appear in court.
An anti-terrorism court has declared former president Pervez Musharraf as proclaimed offender in Benazir Bhutto murder case. His property will be confiscated after advertising in newspapers.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) presented a four-page report before the anti-terrorist court judge, Rana Nisar Ahmed, regarding non-implementation of arrest warrants, which were issued against the former president. CDs were also presented before the court, indicating that Musharraf would not come to Pakistan due to cases against him.
