India vs Pakistan match results.....

Second semi final of ICC world Cup 2011 played between Pakistan and India in Punjab cricket stadium Muhali, India. India won the toss and decided to bat first. Indian opening gave good start to team but Wahab Riaz good bowling stop huge target for Pakistan. India gave 261 targets to Pakistan. Wahab take 5 wickets in this match. But today Umer Gull could not perform well. Tendulkar was the highest scorer from Indian side. He made 85 runs on 115 balls. Pakistani team dropped many caches in this match.  Chasing a target of 261 runs, Pakistani openers provided good start but Kamran fell at 44 after scoring 19 runs. Hafeez provide some momentum to the bating and fall when team score was at 70. Misbah ul Haq played excellent inning of 56 runs. Pakistan could not chase this chase able target and all team out at the score of 231 in 49.5 overs.  India won this match by 29 runs and qualifies for the ICC world cup 2011 final.  Nehra, Harbhajan, Patel and Yuvraj picked two wickets each. Indian defends their history of world cup again that Pakistan never wins against India in world cup. Man of the match award given to the little master SR Tendulkar (India). Now india play final with sri Lanka on 2 April in Mumbai, India.
