US, rebels have rejected Muammar Gaddafi’s offer to hold elections in Libya. A spokesman of the rebels said that 16 people were injured in the NATO airstrikes in village Amreer Gabes, 30 kilometre away from Ajdabiyah.
On the other hand, Gaddafi s son Saif al-Islam told an Italian newspaper in an interview that his father was willing to hold elections and step aside if he lost but would never leave Libya.
